Family friendly mid week pasta meal......

Dinner last night... simple pasta.... tossed with baby spinach,cut in half truss cherry tomatoes,goats cheese,sun-dried tomato pesto... just used a punnet of tomatoes...about 250 grams,500 gram pack of pasta, two packs of 125g for goats cheese, and about two cups of baby spinach leaves.... 20 minutes to plating up... and good grind of black pepper... see pictures in first comments..... YUM rating...AND TOTALLY FAMILY FRIENDLY.....
